I have many personal goals for 2023, but I have set my running goals. 5ks, a 10k, and my first ever half marathon!
This morning started with some solid intervals. It felt good to get out before work and get some thoughts through my head.
Last night I needed to get my walk in for the day. It had been a super busy day, so I was unable to when it was actually sunny.
We all need a cheerleader. Life is hard enough. Achieving out goals can sometimes feel impossible and that is why this community around health, fitness, exercise, and betterment must be about lifting each other up. Regardless of where we are, what we look like, and where on the journey we are.
Got a nice snowy walk in this morning.
So I did something. I am stepping out on a limb. I am pushing my comfort zone. I am letting me prove to myself what I am capable of.
