It was a busy week for the Crosby's. For me, I completed week 2 of my training. That concluded with a 5 mile run Saturday morning. Wednesday's run was 3 miles followed by 6 hill repeats. Monday's was a lite 2 miles. Upping the mileage feels good. Hitting my goals feels good. Checking off the …
