Serious PSA.
Some days you just don’t feel good. Sometimes the best thing to do is nothing. Sometimes the best thing is to let your dog take care of you.
Denial gets us nowhere. Burying our heads in the sand stops all progress.
Been down a deep hole of self loathing and disappointment lately. Just super frustrated with myself and my lack of discipline. There is something about watching and knowing you are slipping on your health journey; but feeling like your hands are not on the wheel.
One thing that helps me when I just want to sit on the couch is I simply put the shoes on.
Since Covid and kids, skiing doesn’t happen as often. But I finally got a day out recently and I picked a good one! Soft snow and big smiles!
