Leg day yesterday. My entire body is officially sore from this weeks weights.
I think this picture is me in the process of breaking a big ass smile. Not screaming in pain.
After months of buildup, training, setbacks, and life events… I completed my first #10k !!! Thank you @acadianps the #mdiymca , and the #acadiahalfmarathonand10k
Had my final prep run yesterday before my first#10k run tomorrow.
Got another run in today. Run number 2 after being sick and missing 2 weeks.
Another day, another #10k training run!
